Hi, my name is Rayette Jackson. My mission is to offer support to people who want to learn how to live their best life every day. This includes demonstrations and assistance with using whole foods to promote healthy eating. It also means supporting movement every day including swimming, water aerobics, and at home exercise instruction to help people sustain an active life. Combining exercise and nutrition will help develop a stronger you. See my CLASS list above. (ESA approved)

Hi, my name is Rayette Jackson. I was raised in a healthy family on a farm, eating salads and homemade treats that taste so good. I have taught swim lessons, aquafit, gymnastics and aerobics classes since I was a teen. For 26 years I taught elementary school in the Flowing Wells and Amphitheater School Districts in Tucson, AZ and decided to retire to start supporting families in healthy living. My loving husband, Richard, and I enjoy visiting our adult children and grandchildren, going to the lake, beach or mountains and supporting each other as the biggest fans at our sporting events. We love to discover new healthy recipes and juices to enjoy. I believe educating myself on a daily basis about eating whole foods and maintaining a healthy lifestyle helps me continue to grow. I am AZ ESA approved.
I am a Certified Health Coach from Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.
I believe God provides the nutrition we need in nature. We have to open the door to learn new ways of eating and moving for our health.
I am always searching for new recipes that use healthy ingredients instead of processed foods that damage our bodies. I offer education about these foods at each demonstration for adults or children. See CLASSES above. Here are a few ideas:

Take a few steps to learn the foods and ingredients that are harmful for our bodies. Avoid binge shopping and be intentional with the food you buy. Stay away from fast food restaurants! Make your own fast food Smoothies and Energy Bites.
Weather shopping, eating out or eating in, there are healthy substitutes for processed, fast foods. During the holidays make some yummy recipes that will make your taste buds happy using organic, fresh grown food, and natural sweeteners.
